30-Day Return Window

All Cosyfun products purchased through Amazon UK are covered by Amazon's standard 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.

How to Return

To initiate a return:

• Go to your Amazon account and navigate to "Your Orders"
• Select the Cosyfun product you wish to return
• Follow Amazon's return process to generate a return label
• Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated return point

Refund Process

Once your return is received by Amazon, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification from Amazon confirming the refund.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@cosyfun.net or through the Amazon product listing. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Warranty

All Cosyfun products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please contact us at support@cosyfun.net with your order number and a description of the issue.
